Is it true that sun flower seeds help your breast grow?

I'm 14 and still completely flat chested. I have no breast AT ALL!
And i know that sun flower seeds have a lot of calories and fat but are they good for you? Will they actually make you fat?
P.S. I have the dried sun flower seeds that are tiny. And unsalted.

I know how you feel.
I'm almost flat and im 14.
I'd love to know if that would help.
I'll eat them everyday(:
