Spacer Beads

how much horsepower would i get on my otherwise stock 92 thunderbird 5.0.?

im planning to put an underdrive pulley kit, a k&n coned air filter, 1.65 ratio roller rockers, a throttle body spacer, port and polished heads, a set of shorty headers, and a plenum spacer on a 5.0 ho. stock the engine has a horsepower rating of around 200. when i do these modifications will i also need to get a chip for it?

Replacing pistons and ignition sytem would be a good step to increasing the perfomance and a chip is a must with that type of performance upgrades ..Also would raise HP to about 250 to 270 range if done right ...
