WOW! Okay I am so nervous. I have an appointment where they are going to put bars in my mouth on January 20th and then January 27th they are putting spacers on and inbetween my January 27th appointment and Febuary 15th I am having 4 teeth removed,and on Febuary 15th BRACES!. I am a 15 year old girl, This is all going to be so painful and I am nervous for all of it! I'm not allowed to drink bottled water or sports drinks, what am I not allowed to eat?!
CAN YOU TELL ME YOUR BRACES EXPERIENCES AND HOW IT ALL WAS THANKS! 
hmm well ill give you all the details.. im wearing them now lol...
as for the 4 teeth, are those wisdom teeth? i just got them extracted this morning lol.. il ltell you about that first.. well you can basically eat up2 midnight the night before..usually, but it doesnt matter, but make sure you have a big meal!! its gonna be ur best meal in the coming days because when they pull it out, you have to eat soft foods for a few days. The extraction, i got them done with novacaine, did not hurt at all... just the initial injection hurt a little bit, but was for about a second or two. Once it goes numb u'll have a tingly feeling, feels weird. After you get it done you rest for about 15-20 minutes and you're good to go, just take some advil for that day and make sure you use goss piece( or however its spelled) to apply pressure on to stop bleeding quickly...
BRACES: why can't you have bottled water or sports drinks??
for these it won't be too bad, same thing eat before you get spacers! (it hurts, u gonna have to take advil a couple hours after u get spacers in, so best advice is, eat a big meal right after you get spacers done (within an hour and then it will start hurting, same goes for braces.. tightening will hurt a bit but u will get used to it.. (for about 2 days your gonna have to eat very soft foods, like milkshake, ice cream, mashed potatoes, nothing harder than that, but you should be fine 2-3 days from then and can eat harder food, MAKE SURE when you eat something like pizza you'r careful don't eat the crust, bracket might break so its just a hassle going backt odentist to get it put on..
