Daisy Shaped

just underneath there is a white circle made of dashes kind of like a daisy shape and this is loading but it just stays like this forever untill the ipod runs out of battery? any help?
Best thing to do is go to the apple store. They will fix it for free and if you have warranty they might just give you a new one. Haha, funny story. Somehow my iPod was on my bathroom counter (on New Year's Eve last year) and I used the restroom and noticed the iPod on the counter (It was brand new) and I picked it up as I was walking out and turned off the light. As I was walking out of the bathroom and turning as I shut the door behind me my iPod FLEW out of my hand and land right in the toilet as it was finishing up flushing. Yeah, I FLIPPED out. My iPod is like my life and I watched my toilet glow blue, as I thought I was saying goodbye to my hundreds of dollars (literally flushing money down the pot) and I cried. Haha, but it ended up being stuck in the pipe connecting the toilet to the wall and we used a shoc vac to get it out of the toilet. Then we set it under a blow dryer for a couple hours to let it all dry out and then we charged it. It lit up but buttons didn't work... So I took it to Apple, told them the buttons were screwed and they handed me a brand new one.
