Is there a way to strengthen tooth enamel?

I have been chomping on ice cubes for almost my whole life and never realized it weakened tooth enamel. Now, since i recently got my braces taken off, i feel the effects much more. My teeth are very sensitive to temperature, and I got toothaches more than i did before.

So, is there any way to strengthen the enamel besides daily brushing and flossing?

Check with your dentist about a fluoride treatment. It works.
Colgate makes a toothpaste with liquid calcium in it, they claim it helps strengthen the enamel.
You can also use Sensodyne toothpaste, which contains a form of iron that helps with the temperature sensitivity. Again, check with your dentist to make sure you don't have receding gums a leading cause of temperature sensitivity.
