Who makes those lacquered flower earrings sold at the Union Square (NYC) holiday market?

They're earrings made out of real preserved flowers. A friend of mine bought them while the market was here, but forgot who makes them. I would like to get a pair for someone for Valentine's Day and would love some help. She said it was someplace in Brooklyn. That's all I've got...
